Represented the voices of the most vulnerable children, families, communities by inspiring, informing and engaging the Irish Public and the decision-makers at the National, EU and UN level to become active agents of change and to participate in empowering our fellow humans to do the same. 

Chaired the Irish Consortium for Gender-Based-Violence with 14 organizations including Irish Aid and the Irish Defense Forces for one year.

Chaired the Children’s Rights Coalition with Plan, UNICEF, ChildFund, Children in Crossfire for one year.

Designed and Delivered Refugees/Migrants Workshop for one year for Child and Youth Council of Galway (Comhairle na NÓg) as well as for the Galway County Council engaging 250 students.

Traveled to Turkey (Gaziantep), Uganda, Swaziland to visit our humanitarian and development programmes to inform, inspire, engage our public and policy-makers through numerous face to face events, conferences, screenings, meetings.

Developed policy documents about Gender Equality and Gender-Based- Violence about WV programmes in South Sudan.

Designed Gender and Refugee/Migrant workshops for schools and universities informing, challenging and raising the public and public servants on these themes.

Developed a concept for meaningful spaces in our societies where screenings and discussions can take place at the same time and where all are welcome to actively engage around issues such as “HUMANITY: Oneness of Mankind”, “EDUCATION OF GIRLS”. 

Drafted policy documents and statements for Dochas, Irish Networks for INGOs on different topics such as Refugee/Migrant, Somalia Famine, etc.

Advocated and worked closely with the Irish Government around the Youth Peace and Security Agenda (UNRes 2250) to become champion of this resolution at the EU level. 

Drafted and successfully engaged World Vision Ireland into the DEAR Project funded by the EU for three years (€250,000) to implement the Agenda 2030 at both the decision-makers level and the public and worked as line Manager for the project.

Advocate (and firm believer) of the UN Agenda 2030 particularly SDG4, SDG5 and SDG16 (Quality Education, Gender Equality and Peace, Justice, and Institutions)

Responsible of the Program of the Secretary-General for side events, meetings, concerts, luncheons with Member States and their Head of States/ Government Officials.

Administratively responsible for any type of communication between the Host Country (USA) and Member States such as new registrations, terminations and changes of staff of the Missions.

Managed a team of 30 volunteers for two General Debates in escorting, receiving Heads of States/Government Officials of 193 Member States and all Protocol Matters (66/67th session).

Coordinated regularly and thoroughly protocol matters with other UN Departments in New York and around the world for various events such as concerts, commemorations, celebrations in the General Assembly Hall. 

Participated in the design of invitations and seating plans of VIP and Ambassadors Sections for these respective events.
